Preparing large amounts with your everyday kyusu.
Brew several times with the same leaves. The strength of the tea leaves is what makes this work.
Large Amounts of Gyokuro, Sencha, or Bancha
(250ml x 2)
- 30 srec.
Use 10g of leaves (2 tablespoons)
Pour on 250ml of boiling hot water, and allow to brew for 30 seconds (after beginning pouring)
Pour into a jug
For the second and third brews, keeping the same tea leaves, pour on more hot water, then pour the tea out right away, with no brewing time.
How/when to enjoy it?
- Tea for the dining table.
- This technique is indispensable when a lot of tea is needed.
