Taking the time to sift the matcha powder produces thick and creamy koicha.


Basic Koicha (Matcha)

  • 4g
  • 30ml
  • 80℃
  • 15 sec.

Sift 4g of matcha (3 heaped tea ladles or 2 level teaspoons)

Add 30ml of hot water (80°C)

Mix slowly with a whisk for 15 seconds
