Fresh, creamy, and lightly sweet on the nose. The taste opens with a gentle umami, followed by a clean astringent bitterness and a short cooling sweetness as the aftertaste.

I especially enjoy preparing it as usucha, then adding cold water and ice afterward. The colder temperature seems to highlight more of its umami and sweetness while keeping the finish refreshing and light.
