Whisking matcha with cold or chilled water brings out a strong sweetness. A single bowl is enough for the profoundness of matcha to enthral you.

Sift 2g of matcha (1.5 heaped tea ladles or 1 level teaspoon)
Add 60ml of chilled water
Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds
How/when to enjoy it?
- At teatime.
- Dried fruit and confectionery go well with the delicate sweetness innate to matcha.
