Zenzai with hojicha

Zenzai—a traditional hot Japanese dessert based on azuki beans—prepared on the sweet-side does a good job of warming you up from the inside out. Pair it with aromatic but lightly-flavoured hojicha for an even more relaxing experience.

Use a full 10 grams of tea leaves
Using an insufficient amount of tea leaves will produce a tea lacking in taste and aroma, so make sure to use a helping of tea leaves that looks a little on the large side.
