Macarons with
Matcha To-Go Packets
Macarons go wonderfully with matcha latte, made by preparing thick matcha and adding milk. Serving this makes your everyday dining table feel like a café. This pairing is also delightfully colourful.
Sift matcha.
Pour on water at 80°C and mix for 15 sec.
Add milk.
Don't whisk too long.
Whisking too long can cause the characteristic flavour of matcha to be lost.
