I post about the appeal of Japanese tea on social media.
Which brand do you choose as a present?
Why do you choose that?
My grandparents both really like sencha. My grandmother always takes great care to prepare Japanese tea for us when we visit, so I want her to thoroughly enjoy her beloved teatime.
How do you prepare it?
Using hot water that has been slowly cooled so as to be able to fully savour Kaboku's sweetness. I recommend enjoying it with your favourite confections.
Corporate sales
I build bridges and coordinate with corporate customers.

Why do you choose that?
I have a very clear memory of my grandparents preparing us Japanese tea with a fairly large kyusu at their home. So, I thought it would be perfect to get them One-Pot Teabags, which provide authentic flavour, work well in a largish kyusu, and make cleaning up afterwards easy.
How do you prepare it?
Draw out the umami slowly. (That's why I choose gyokuro.) Cool the hot water to an appropriate lukewarm temperature to bring out the tea's umami. And make several pots from the same bag.
Information systems
I fix and maintain PCs at Ippodo.

It's in the right price range, and it's just the right size for two people living together.
How do you prepare it?
When I was growing up, we used to cool the teacups in the refrigerator along with the tea during the hot season. It's great for waking yourself up in the morning or enjoying after a bath.
