Large Amounts of Barley Tea (kettle)

  • 50g
  • 2L
  • boiling
    hot water
  • 30 min.

Use 50g (5 tablespoons) of mugicha (roasted barley)

Boil about 2L of water in a kettle, then add the barley. Turn off the heat and leave to brew for 30 minutes.

Transfer to a different container and you’re done!
