
Preparing tea in a cooking pot or large saucepan makes tidying up easy.
Easy to drink, either hot or cold.
Large Amounts of Barley Tea (cooking pot)
- 15g
- 500ml
- boiling
hot water - 30 min.
Use 15g (1.5 tablespoons) of mugicha (roasted barley)
Boil about 500ml of water in a cooking pot or saucepan, then add the barley. Bring back to the boil, then turn off the heat. Leave to brew for 30 minutes.
Transfer to another container, using a sieve to strain out the barley.
