Cold brew is the best way to enjoy Shincha's pure sweetness and umami in a concentrated form.
Cold-brewed Sencha
- 10g
- 210ml
- chilled water
- 15 min.
Use 10g of leaves (2 tablespoons).
Add 210ml of chilled water.
Leave to brew for 15 minutes.
*Shincha 2023, leave for slightly longer, for 20 minutes.
