Mitarashi Dango with Cold-brewed Gyokuro
Mitarashi dango (rice flour dumplings with sweet sauce) are served slightly scorched on the outside but chewy on the inside. They’re covered in a sweet soy sauce glaze that makes them even more delectable. Pairing that with the ice-cold, mellow taste of cold-brewed gyokuro makes for a very satisfying treat.
