Butter chicken with One-Pot Teabag Gyokuro

Gyokuro goes surprisingly well with butter chicken. Light, mild gyokuro brings out the sweet, rich flavour of this curry dish. On warm days, we recommend cooling the tea down by pouring it over ice.

Boiling hot water (300ml)

Pour directly into a glass full of ice.

The key is to cool the tea down right away. It won’t taste as good if it is lukewarm. Use lots of ice, to the point where the glass is brimming with it.
