Limited Summer Cold Brew Packages
- This tea is packaged in a limited summer edition package from early June to late August. The limited package is a special design featuring cold brew recipes on the back. The tea inside is the same as the item that is available year-round.
Once supply runs out of the summer edition package, we will switch back to the regular package for this item.
How does it taste?
A superb balance of light umami flavour and smooth bitterness.
How/when to enjoy it?
Make a big batch in a large carafe and drink lots of it after playing sports or perspiring a lot.
What to enjoy it with?
Sake-steamed clams.
How do Ippodo staff enjoy it?
Prepare it on the light side, brewing one teabag in a large, one-litre carafe, and drink it in the same way as flavoured water.
