Gimbap with One-Cup
Teabag Sencha

Taking a stroll on a fine, sunny day, I bought some gimbap—a Korean seaweed rice roll with an assortment of fillings—and enjoyed a picnic lunch at a scenic spot I found. I put a sencha teabag in my travel flask filled with hot water, and let the tea brew while I unwrapped the gimbap, then savoured the salty-sweet meat and wonderful aroma of sesame oil with my freshly made sencha. Then, I took another stroll.

1 teabag
Boiled water that has been slightly cooled (150ml)
90 sec.
淹れ方のコツ
Put the teabag into hot water soon before drinking
The taste of hot sencha can change easily, so don’t put the teabag into the hot water until you are ready to drink it. That way, you can savour the taste of freshly made tea.
