Kyoto Main Store: Tea Tasting Event on December 22nd
On Monday, December 22nd, we will be holding a tasting event at the Kyoto Main Store in the side room.
This time, the featured tea is the seasonal taste of Obukucha (premium Genmaicha for holiday season.) Light but refined flavour. It has a refreshing fragrance combined with a slight aroma of roasted rice.
Obukucha which means "Good Fortune Tea," is an auspicious tea enjoyed around New Year’s.
To attend the tasting, simply visit the Kyoto Main Store on the 22nd of December between 13:00 - 15:00. No reservation required.
The knowledgeable staff at the main store will share tips on brewing delicious tea.
They invite you to ask questions about sencha and other teas, no matter how simple or complex.
