Such a delicious treat for the summer. I always brew a 2 ltr. pot and let it simmer for the first 5 minutes for extra strong flavour. After that I pour the tea in glass bottles and keep them chilled in the fridge. Refreshing over ice and very mellow when enjoying at room temperature.
